This season, users can earn Tria Points through eligible activity across card spend, trading, referrals, and first-time product actions. As Points add up, users unlock Mystery Boxes across reward milestones, with boxes opening monthly starting Aug 31.
Season 3 is built for momentum. The more users spend, trade, refer, and participate, the more they can unlock across the season.
For traders, Season 3 brings a bigger path forward. Perps trading through Tria earns Points from day one, with Decibel trading adding extra upside through its own rewards ecosystem. Trader VIP Badges are also coming soon, bringing a new way for active traders to unlock stronger benefits through rolling 30-day trading volume.
Referrals also get a major upgrade. Season 3 rewards active referral networks, giving users a clearer way to grow through Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Season 3 also makes the Tria experience easier to enter and easier to follow, with a limited-time Virtual card offer and clearer cashback mechanics that keep rewards going beyond the highest-rate limit.

Season 3 gives every type of Tria user a path in. New users can start earning through their first eligible actions, while active users can spend, trade, refer, and build toward higher-value rewards through the season.
Meet Tria Points
Tria Points are the heartbeat of Season 3.
Every eligible action can help users move forward, from card spend and trading to referrals and key first-time actions.
Here are the main ways Points can stack:

A few rules keep the system clear. Active Membership Points apply only to Signature and Premium memberships. One-time bonuses are not included in referral bonus calculations. Decibel trading earns a small Tria Points premium.

Mystery Boxes are here
As users collect Tria Points, they unlock Mystery Boxes across increasing reward milestones.
Points are not spent. Once a user crosses a threshold, they earn the box and keep their Points balance.

Boxes open at the end of every calendar month, starting Aug 31. After that, box openings continue on Sep 30, Oct 31, and onward through the season.
Earned boxes do not expire. Once a box becomes openable, users simply tap Open inside the app. No auto-open, no missed box anxiety.
Starter, Frequent, Common, and Uncommon Boxes can unlock surprise rewards such as cashback, travel credits, ecosystem rewards, and more.
Higher boxes raise the stakes. Rare Boxes include $5,000 plus access to the Tria Equity Draw at the end of the season. Legendary Boxes include $20,000 plus access to the Tria Equity Draw at the end of the season.
And at the top, Infinity carries a minimum $50,000 Tria Equity reward, with its unlock path intentionally kept hidden for now.
Referrals just got bigger
Season 3 turns referrals into a bigger growth layer for users.
Referral tiers are based on active referrals, so signups alone are not enough.
A referred user is considered active if, within the last 90 days, they have either:
- at least $1 USD-equivalent card spend
- at least $10K trading volume
As active referrals grow, users can move through Bronze, Silver, and Gold and unlock stronger referral commission rates.

Cashback keeps going
Cashback also gets clearer in Season 3.
Users earn the highest cashback rate up to their monthly limit. After that, cashback keeps going at the floor rate for their membership.

This applies to Season 3 spend from June 1, 2026 onward. Cashback earned through May 31 follows the earlier Season 1 and Season 2 rules.
The key things to know:
- The monthly cap is per user, not per card.
- If a user has multiple cards, their cap is based on their highest active card tier.
- Holding multiple cards does not stack multiple cashback caps.
- Staking badge boosts continue to stack on top of the base cashback rate inside the cap.
- Above the cap, only the floor rate applies. No boost stacks above the cap.

Your pre-launch retro activity counts!
Season 3 also gives early activity its place.
Eligible card spend, trading activity, referrals, and other qualifying actions from this period can still count toward a user's Season 3 Tria Points balance. If you were active during this period, your eligible activity can still help you start Season 3 ahead.
A few things to note:
- Retro activity counts toward Tria Points.
- Points will be calculated using the final Season 3 rules and eligibility criteria.
- One-time bonuses, exclusions, and referral bonus rules will follow the same Season 3 logic.
- Final Points may be subject to validation, anti-farming checks, and operational review.
- Cashback rules are separate. The new Season 3 cashback caps and floor rates apply only from June onward.
If you used Tria during the retro period, your eligible activity will still count toward your Season 3 Tria Points.
Season 3 is just getting started
Season 3 starts with Points, Mystery Boxes, referral tiers, revenue share, and a stronger path for traders. It also makes Tria easier to try through a limited-time Virtual card offer and clearer cashback mechanics.
