Tria was built on a simple idea: one self-custodial account that handles every financial primitive: swaps, yield, card spend, and now, perpetual futures. Today we’re making that more real with the launch of Decibel inside Tria.
Open the app. Go to the Futures tab. Tap Decibel. You’re trading.
What is Decibel?
Decibel is a fully onchain perpetuals exchange built on Aptos. Every trade, settlement, and liquidation runs on Aptos smart contracts. Nothing is handled off-chain. The matching engine runs on a live L1 with ~30ms block times, orders of magnitude below other blockchains, with stablecoin transfers at some of the lowest in the world at around $0.00014.
Since launching on mainnet in February 2026, Decibel has crossed $57M in TVL with 1M+ daily trades stress-tested on testnet before going live. It’s not an experiment. It’s a production exchange.
Why we chose Decibel
We looked for a perp exchange that would hold up for Tria’s users. Decibel cleared every bar:
- Fully onchain order book on Aptos. Every trade is verifiable on the explorer. No off-chain logic, no opacity.
- Multi-asset collateral. APT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL. One margin account, automatic conversion, Tria covers the gas.
- Speed that makes active trading feel native. Aptos blocks in 50ms. Trades settle in under a second.
- A roadmap that matches ours. Spot and RWA perps coming in 2026.
We built Tria so that one account handles everything: trading, earning, spending. Integrating Decibel is the most natural extension of that vision. You can trade perps at midnight, earn on idle assets, and tap your card for coffee the next morning. Same account, fully self-custodial. — Parth Bhalla, Co-Founder, Tria
What’s different about trading on Decibel through Tria
Other perp DEXs are islands. You bridge funds in, trade, then bridge back out. It’s friction stacked on friction.
With Decibel embedded in Tria, perps sit alongside your card balance, your yield positions, and your swaps. One self-custodial account. No detours. That’s what we mean when we say Tria is a capital ecosystem, not just a wallet.
How to get started
- Open Tria and go to the Futures tab
- Tap Decibel to switch to the Decibel trading account
- Deposit $10 minimum to your Decibel account (this is separate from your Tria spot balance)
- Pick a pair, set your size, and open your first position
- Earn XPs on your first trade
Fees and what’s coming
Trading fees are the standard Decibel fee plus a Tria fee. There’s no gas charged on trades or withdrawals. Tria covers that. Major pairs are available at launch, with more being added. Spot and RWA perps are on the Decibel roadmap for 2026.
Users who trade on Decibel through Tria may also be eligible for Decibel points, subject to Decibel’s program terms.
